The menu features items like Pommes Frites – russet potatoes tossed in a bacon & duck compound butter, and a Braised Short Rib marinated in a red wine jus served with mashed potatoes and heirloom carrots.
“A lot of private clubs are partnering with a restaurant,” said Virginia Nicoletta. “It produces revenue for them and opens the club to a larger audience.”
Nicoletta says the project came together over a period of about six months and has turned out to be a great fit.
“We were looking at a couple of options this past year,” stated Nicoletta. “But this one came together wonderfully, and it has just been such a smooth process. We did a three-night soft opening and packed the house each night. Two nights were for club members and one was for friends of Nicoletta's.
Reservations are recommended at this time. There is also the Greenside Grill, located downstairs, where customers may walk in and order.
Nicoletta's at the Club will be open for lunch Tuesday – Friday from 11a.m. - 2p.m. Dinner will be served Wednesday – Saturday 5p.m. - 9p.m. Hours will change with the coming seasons. And, good news, the catering business will still operate in its original location.
