12 slices bacon
12 brussels sprouts (about 12 ounces) stems trimmed
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1/8 cup corn starch
Prepare a baking tray by spraying with olive oil non-stick spray
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Wrap a thick bacon slice around each brussels sprout, and secure with a toothpick. Place in a single layer on the baking tray.
Bake at 400 F until the bacon is crispy and the brussels sprouts are very tender, about 40 minutes.
Heat balsamic vinegar until simmering.
Sprinkle corn starch into balsamic vinegar and whisk until completely dissolved.
Remove balsamic from stove and let sit. Sauce will thicken.
Use a spoon to drizzle the balsamic glaze over Brussel sprouts and serve.
