The 2nd Annual Hand Crafted Wishes, a fundraiser to benefit Camp Rainbow, was recently held at Clarksville's Wilma Rudolph Event Center.
The sold-out event featured unlimited samples of food and craft beer from a variety of vendors as well as music from DJ J.J. Wilson.
Food vendors included Buffalo Wild Wings, Tilted Kilt, Edwards Steakhouse, Old Chicago, Strawberry Alley Ale Works, and Fire & Ice Catering.
More than a dozen breweries came out to help Camp Rainbow in its mission to provide a camp experience for seriously ill children whose medical conditions keep them from attending regular camps.
Great breweries like Bells, Founders, Boulevard, Blackhorse, Black Abbey, Mill Creek, Sweetwater, Jackalope, Wiseacre, New Belgium, Dogfish Head, Wicked Weed, Good People, TN Valley Brewing, Strawberry Alley Ale Works and more kept their flavorful creations flowing for the cause.
Each June for one week volunteers come together to provide activities like fishing, canoeing, and much more forthese special kids. More information on Camp Rainbow may be found at www.ClarksvilleCampRainbow.org.
