Originally founded in 2009 with a single office, Reliant Realty now boasts over 700 agents in five locations throughout Middle Tennessee—one of which is located in Clarksville. A retired Chief Warrant Officer who served at Ft. Campbell before transitioning into civilian life, Whetsell holds a unique perspective of the needs of military clients, and that strength has served him well in helping further the success of his brokerage—success that has clearly earned them attention and demanded the need for further expansion. “The Clarksville office has grown to the extent that we need space to accommodate everything we’re trying to do here,” says Whetsell, going on to describe a new location whose more than 20,000 square feet will offer state-of–the-art offices for its nearly 90 existing agents as well as any others who join the brokerage.
“We’re doing amazing things at this office and closed out 2018 with over 1,200 closed units and over $248 million in volume. As a company, Reliant Realty ERA Powered is ranked third in units and fourth in volume within the ERA franchise of more than 14,000 offices worldwide, and we’re incredibly proud of being a part of that,” he goes on. “Our Relocation department closed out 2018 with over $70 million in volume; and the Clarksville office is ranked GOLD within the CARTUS relocation network, placing us at #1 for this region.”
As a full-service office that has Secure Property Management, Signature Title Services, and Relocation Services that includes both CARTUS and Corporate relocation, Whetsell and his brokerage in Clarksville are fully equipped to work with a wide range of clients, with the addition of a new Clarksville Commercial & Land Division only expanding their repertoire.
